Social Media Assistant

Full-Time • Bali • Immediate Start

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join our fashion brand in Bali.

This role is for someone who doesn't just wait for instructions — we are looking for someone who takes ownership, pays attention to the small details, follows through, and is always thinking about how the work can be done better.

You will work closely with our Head of Marketing to manage the day-to-day execution of our social media and support ongoing marketing campaigns.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok & Pinterest
• Check and respond to social media DMs, comments and customer enquiries daily
• Prepare social media content previews before publishing
• Select the strongest photos/videos from available campaign assets
• Write captions and assist with brand communication
• Organize content calendars and ensure posts are published on schedule
• Edit simple Reels, Stories and social content
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activity
• Coordinate with influencers, creators and external collaborators
• Organize marketing assets and content folders
• Support promotions, launches and marketing campaigns
• Assist with photoshoots and content creation when required
• Provide clear updates on completed, pending and upcoming work

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 3 years' experience in social media, digital marketing or fashion/lifestyle marketing
• Strong visual eye and understanding of what makes good fashion content
• Proactive and able to work without constant follow-up
• Excellent attention to detail
• Organized and reliable with deadlines
• Comfortable taking ownership of recurring daily tasks
• Able to identify problems and suggest solutions instead of waiting to be told
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok & Pinterest
• Basic photo/video editing skills
• Good written English
• Experience with fashion, lifestyle or e-commerce brands is highly preferred
• Experience taking photos with a professional camera is a big plus
• Based in Bali

Salary starts from IDR 5,500,000/month, depending on experience.
