• Manage daily social media activities using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
• Monitor social media conversations through social listening tools to gauge public sentiment and identify trending topics relevant to the brand.
• Analyze media performance metrics with Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and social media analytics platforms to optimize campaigns and report on digital marketing effectiveness.
• Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster strong relationship management.
• Coordinate with public relations teams to align messaging strategies and enhance brand reputation across all channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of content creation.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch) and social media management applications like Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics to boost content visibility.
• Ability to craft engaging copy for diverse audiences while maintaining consistent branding standards.
• Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns and digital marketing performance monitoring is highly desirable.
