KEY RESPONSIBLITIES Content Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts tailored to Xiaohongshu’s audience.

Advertising: Strategically place and monitor paid ads to boost reach and drive lead generation.

Customer Engagement: Respond to comments and messages promptly, maintaining a friendly and professional tone.

Performance Review: Track account metrics, analyze engagement data, and deliver actionable insights to enhance both content and ad strategy.

Working Hours: 11:30 – 20:00

Requirements Proven experience in managing social media accounts, ideally on Xiaohongshu or similar platforms

Familiarity with Xiaohongshu’s algorithm, user behavior, and content trends is a strong advantage.

Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.

Strong written communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin).

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) or above.

1+ years of experience in customer service or social media management; familiarity with Xiaohongshu and WeChat is a strong advantage.

Detail-oriented, patient, and customer-focused.

Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
