Social Media Coordinator — Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media graphics, posts, and Stories using Canva, in line with the company’s branding.
• Write clear, engaging captions and schedule content across relevant social media platforms.
• Post and schedule Stories consistently according to the content calendar.
• Manage the company’s online community by responding to comments, DMs, and basic customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle basic client communication and follow-ups, including responding to enquiries and coordinating simple requests.
• Keep social media content, assets, captions, and schedules organised and up to date.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure content is prepared and published on time.
• Work with the wider team to coordinate campaigns, promotions, product updates, and other content requirements.
• Monitor basic social media performance and engagement to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up to date with relevant social media trends and content formats.

Preferred but not required:

• Basic Reel/TikTok video editing using CapCut or similar editing software.
• Experience creating short-form video content, Stories, or other social media formats.
