We are seeking an energetic, creative Social Media Assistant / Spa Coordinator to capture the relaxing vibe of our spa and build a thriving local community on Facebook and Instagram. In this role, you will help elevate our digital marketing efforts, engage our community, and promote our spa services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to blend social media expertise with exeptional customer service, contributing to a luxurious and inviting environment for clients and followers.

Responsibilities

• Visual Content Creation: Film and edit high-quality content, Reels and stories across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to boost brand awareness and client engagement. Design eye-catching graphics and media content to enhance posts and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Scheduling & Copywriting : Write inviting, educational captions detailing the benefits of our treatments. Maintain a consistent content calendar on Facebook and Instagram using Meta Business Suite or similar tools
• Manage social media advertising campaigns through Facebook Advertising and other platforms to increase reach and attract new clients
• Track digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, social media analytics tools, and marketing online analytics to measure campaign success and optimize strategies
• Coordinate with the spa team to promote special offers, events, and new services through compelling content creation. Hop on relevant wellness and skincare trends.
• Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels while proofreading all content for accuracy and quality before publishing
• Community Engagement: Check social media platforms daily to respond to comments and direct messages
• Local Outreach: Engage with other local businesses and influencers to boost our local brand presence
• Arrival Spa Rituals: Warmly welcoming arriving guests, prepare and serve signature drinks, teas and assist them in their initial relaxation

Requirements:

• Proven 1+ experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles within the wellness or hospitality industry preferred
• Strong proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
• Skilled in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and media editing tools for creating engaging visual content
• Excellent mobile photography and video editing skills (pro in CapCut, InShot and Canva)
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and marketing performance monitoring techniques
• Experience in content writing, proofreading, branding strategies, and public relations activities is highly desirable
• Ability to analyze social media data to inform marketing strategies effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
