UniAdvise is a boutique study abroad consultancy founded by London Business School alumni. In the past year alone, 500+ families have trusted us, with 100% of students securing admits to global top 30 universities across Undergraduate, Master’s, and MBA programs.

Our growth so far has largely come through word of mouth and results. Now, we want to build the coolest education consultancy on Instagram.

Role Overview

We are looking for someone to make UniAdvise go viral.

You will own our Instagram end-to-end and constantly think about how we can make our content more creative, more relevant, and more interesting.

We want someone who lives on social media, stays on top of trends, understands what people actually want to watch, share, and save, and brings ideas nobody else in the room is thinking about.

If you are a doomscroller, this might finally work in your favour.

What You’ll Do

• Manage UniAdvise’s Instagram end-to-end
• Come up with fresh content ideas for Reels, carousels, and Stories
• Stay on top of trends, memes, formats, creators, and conversations
• Turn student stories, founder insights, and admissions content into interesting social content
• Write strong hooks and concepts that make people stop scrolling
• Work closely with the team to shoot and create content
• Experiment constantly with new ideas and formats
• Track what works, understand why it worked, and do more of it
• Help us build a social presence that does not look like every other education consultancy
• Think of the idea nobody else in the room thought of

What We’re Looking For

You do not need years of experience. But you do need to be creative, energetic, internet-native, and comfortable thinking outside the box.

• Very comfortable with Instagram and social media culture
• Always on top of trends and quick to spot what is about to take off
• Strong aesthetic sense and good creative judgement
• Full of ideas and comfortable experimenting with unconventional formats
• Able to think beyond obvious content ideas
• Gen Z enough to understand the internet without forcing it
• Basic design and video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools

If everyone in the room is thinking of the same idea and your brain goes somewhere completely different, you are probably the person we are looking for.
