Social Media Associate

IDARA CORPORATION is looking for SOCIAL MEDIA ASSOCIATES – FB Ads.

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and optimizing Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, launch, and manage Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns.
• Monitor ad performance, budget, reach, leads, and conversions.
• Analyze results and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
• Coordinate with the creative team for ad content and materials.
• Conduct audience and competitor research.
• Prepare campaign reports and performance insights.

Qualifications:

• At least College Level with Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or Facebook/Meta Ads.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Knowledge of Canva, Google Analytics, or similar tools is an advantage.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
