Social Media Associate

Role Description This part-time remote Social Media Associate role focuses on supporting LB Aquacontrôle’s online presence and brand awareness across social platforms. The Social Media Associate will create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to different channels, monitor comments and messages, and escalate inquiries when needed. The role includes assisting with social media campaigns, tracking basic performance metrics, and suggesting improvements based on audience engagement. The Social Media Associate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information, ensure accurate representation of services, and maintain a consistent voice and visual style. This role also involves staying informed about social media trends and best practices relevant to the water treatment and environmental services sector.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact with internal teams and online audiences in a clear, professional manner.
• Candidates should possess Social Media Content Creation and Writing skills to produce concise, accurate, and engaging posts, captions, and visuals.
• Candidates should possess Social Media and Social Media Marketing skills to manage profiles, support campaigns, and understand platform-specific best practices.
• Candidates should possess basic analytical skills to review engagement data and adjust content or posting patterns accordingly.
• Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple platforms and deadlines in a remote, part-time setting.
• Familiarity with water treatment, environmental services, or technical industries is beneficial but not required.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., scheduling or analytics platforms) is beneficial.
• Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, or a related field is an advantage, though equivalent experience is also valued.
