Social Media Backend / Digital Admin

About the role

YY Trading is seeking a Social Media Backend / Digital Admin to manage the backend systems of Facebook and TikTok. This role involves understanding social media backend systems and digital work, going beyond content posting to analyze data, examine systems, and help develop the company's operations into a more systematic process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage backend systems for Facebook and TikTok
• Manage data, check performance and statistics for each platform
• Oversee Facebook Page and TikTok functions and related features
• Check backend issues such as settings, access, advertising systems and data
• Coordinate with Content and Sales teams to apply backend data for practical use
• Prepare and summarize Social Media data reports
• Analyze data to develop reach, sales and content performance
• Organize company digital data into a system and make it easy to search

About you

• Can learn new systems quickly
• Enjoy solving problems and finding easier ways to work
• Detail-oriented, thorough and responsible with data
• Interested in Technology, AI and Digital
• Do not need to be good at everything but must be ready to learn and develop yourself
• Facebook Ads / Meta Ads experience (can set up, run ads, analyze results and adjust campaigns)
• English language skills (can read and understand menus, systems or data from English-language platforms)
• AI / Claude experience (can use Claude to develop websites, backend systems, databases, dashboards or company workflows)
• Understanding of Data, Excel, Google Sheets or Dashboard

✅ ยิง Facebook Ads / Meta Ads ได้

✅ ภาษาอังกฤษดี

✅ ใช้ Claude / AI ช่วยพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ ระบบหลังบ้าน หรือ Dashboard ได้

✅ ใช้ Excel / Google Sheets และจัดการ Data ได้
