Social Media Content Coordinator

Job Summary:

Storybox is a leading social media content creation agency in London Ontario that drives tens of millions of views for clients every month ORGANICALLY. We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that align with client's brand's goals. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing trends, content creation, and communication skills.

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
• Manage client accounts and keep the project organized
• Create, curate, and manage published content video content that aligns with the clients voice and objectives.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content creation and strategy adjustments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader digital marketing campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
