About the Role

INCLUSIF Cosmetics is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creation Intern who understands Instagram, Reels, trends, and engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content ideas for Instagram, Reels, Stories, and other social platforms
• Assist in planning and developing the social media content calendar
• Create and coordinate short-form video content and Reels
• Write captions, hooks, and creative copy for social media
• Research trending audio, formats, hashtags, and content trends
• Assist with product shoots, lifestyle content, and UGC
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, influencers, and the marketing team
• Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas
• Help improve engagement and overall social media presence

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Instagram & social media trends
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas
• Good communication and writing skills
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus
• Comfortable working with short-form video content
• Good understanding of Reels, Stories, memes, and trending content
• Proactive, organized, and willing to learn
• Freshers are welcome to apply
