About the Role

This is a high volume, high autonomy creative role, based in the Philippines and working remotely with our team in Australia.

You're the creative engine for a large portfolio of small business clients. Every organic post, story, reel and paid ad we put out is something you've designed, written or produced, across brands that all look and sound different to each other.

Speed and quality both matter here, and we're not trading one for the other. Our clients are paying for work that's genuinely good, at a volume that used to be out of reach for a business their size. Making both true at once is the job.

The creatives who thrive here are the ones who care about the craft, move quickly, and are curious about how AI can make their output better rather than just faster.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design and produce organic social posts, stories and reels for your portfolio of clients.
• Build paid ad creative across image, video and copy, made to convert rather than just to look good.
• Write copy that sounds like the client, not like us.
• Hold each brand's guidelines across every asset, whether you've had three days on it or three hours.
• Juggle multiple brands and campaigns at once, and get work out the door when it's due.
• Test AI tools for image generation, video editing and copy, and fold the ones that earn their place into how you work.

What We're Looking For

Foundational:

• Strong hands-on experience producing social media content across design, video editing and copy.
• Genuine craft. You care about what you put out.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload without letting quality slip.

Where you might stretch:

• Paid ad creative for Meta.
• Working across a portfolio of very different brands at once.
• Comfortable working with AI tools as part of your day-to-day.
