Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to develop engaging and informative content for our brands across social media and digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, editing and publishing content that increases brand awareness, audience engagement and business reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Develop content ideas based on company requirements, current trends and target audience interests.
• Create short-form videos, reels, posts, stories and promotional content.
• Write creative captions, scripts, hooks and content descriptions.
• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing and Creative teams for content planning.
• Shoot and edit videos according to brand requirements.
• Use appropriate visuals, graphics, music and effects to improve content quality.
• Research trending topics, formats and content ideas relevant to the industry.
• Maintain a monthly/weekly content calendar.
• Ensure content is delivered within the assigned deadlines.
• Repurpose existing content into different formats for multiple platforms.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity and communication.
• Support promotional campaigns, events and other marketing activities.

Required Skills

• Strong creativity and content ideation skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and current content trends.
• Basic to advanced video editing skills.
• Ability to write engaging scripts and captions.
• Good understanding of audience engagement.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.

Educational Qualification

• Any Bachelor's degree .
• Relevant skills and portfolio may be considered in place of a specific degree.

Experience

• 0–1 years of experience in content creation, social media or digital media preferred.
• Freshers with strong creativity and a good portfolio can also be considered.

Performance Expectations

• Consistent delivery of quality content.
• Meeting weekly/monthly content targets.
• Improvement in audience engagement and reach.
• Timely completion of assigned content.
• Maintaining brand consistency.
• Contribution of new and creative content ideas.
• Continuous improvement based on content performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
