Job Description

• Develop creative and engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant digital platforms.
• Create short-form video content, including Reels and TikTok, from concept development to shooting and basic editing.
• Develop creative ideas, scripts, hooks, captions, and storytelling concepts that are relevant to our target audience.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to create timely and relevant content.
• Translate technology and educational topics into content that is simple, informative, and easy to understand.
• Manage and optimize content performance using tools such as Meta Business Suite and TikTok Analytics.
• Support social media campaigns, promotional activities, and company events through creative content.
• Conduct basic content research and monitor audience engagement to improve future content.
• Ensure all published content is aligned with the company's brand identity and communication style.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Creative Media, or related fields is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.

• Creative, proactive, and highly aware of current social media trends.

• Strong interest in social media, content creation, technology, and education.

• Good storytelling and copywriting skills.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Good time management and comfortable working with deadlines.

• Positive attitude, growth mindset, and willingness to continuously learn.

• Short-form video creation and basic video editing skills for Reels and TikTok.
