Social Media Content Creator

Job Overview

Navarre Automotive is looking for a creative, outgoing and dependable Social Media Content Creator to join our marketing team. This position will focus on creating engaging short form videos and photos that showcase our vehicles, employees, customers, services and dealership culture across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. This is a full time, in person position based in Southwest Louisiana. Some evening or weekend availability may be needed for special events.

Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Requirements

• Experience creating and editing social media content
• Basic photography skills and a good eye for composition
• Comfortable being on camera
• Comfortable approaching and directing people on camera
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook
• Able to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Creative, dependable and willing to take initiative
• Attention to detail, especially when reviewing captions and branded content
• Experience with CapCut, Adobe programs or similar editing software is a plus
• Automotive knowledge is helpful but not required
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required

Responsibilities

• Plan, film and edit engaging TikToks, Reels and other short form videos
• Capture vehicle photos, customer deliveries, employee features and dealership events
• Stay current with social media trends, sounds and content ideas
• Develop creative concepts that feel natural, entertaining and relevant to each dealership
• Work with salespeople, managers, service advisors and customers to coordinate content
• Write clear captions with proper grammar and relevant hashtags
• Submit videos and captions for approval before posting
• Maintain an organized filming and posting schedule
• Travel between assigned Navarre Automotive locations as needed
• Represent Navarre Automotive professionally both online and in person
