Akeso Physio Clinics is a multi-location physiotherapy practice in Jakarta, dedicated to helping patients move and live better. We're growing our in-house marketing team and looking for a hands-on creative who can capture, edit, and publish content that reflects the quality and care patients experience in our clinics.

Role Summary

We're looking for a Content Capturer / Social Media Manager who can independently shoot content on a phone, edit it into polished short-form video, and design supporting graphics — turning everyday clinic moments (patient sessions, therapist tips, behind-the-scenes) into engaging content across our social channels.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You'll spend time in our clinics filming and photographing, then take that raw footage and turn it into finished, publish-ready content.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture content on site across our Jakarta clinics (Pondok Indah, Gunawarman, Menteng & more to come) - photos and videos of treatments, clinic spaces, the team, and patient (consented) moments

• Edit short-form video

  using CapCut (or similar) for Instagram Reels and other platforms (such as TikTok or Youtube shorts) – trimming, pacing, captions, music, transitions

• Design static graphics

  in Canva – social posts, carousels, promotional graphics, and simple marketing collateral

• Plan and maintain a content calendar

  in coordination with the marketing team, ensuring a steady, consistent posting cadence

• Post and manage social accounts

  (Instagram, TikTok, and others as needed), including basic community engagement (replying to comments/DMs where appropriate)

• Collaborate with clinic team and front-desk staff

  to source content ideas, coordinate filming times, and ensure patient privacy/consent is respected

• Track what performs

  – keep a simple eye on views, saves, and engagement to inform what content to make more of

What We’re Looking For

• The ideal candidate should be comfortable shooting photo and video on a smartphone, with a good eye for framing, lighting, and moments worth capturing

• Practical experience editing video in CapCut

  (or a comparable mobile/desktop editor)

• Practical experience designing in Canva

• Understanding of short-form content formats and what performs well on Instagram Reels/TikTok

• Organized and reliable – comfortable managing a content calendar and hitting posting deadlines

• Comfortable working in a clinical/healthcare environment and handling patient interactions with professionalism and discretion

• Able to work on-site across our multiple Jakarta locations

• Fluency in English is highly preferred

Nice to Have

• Prior experience creating content for a healthcare, wellness, or fitness brand
• Basic photography/videography equipment knowledge (stabilizers, lighting, mics)
• Copywriting ability for captions and simple ad creative
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or similar scheduling tools

• Growing engagement and following on Instagram/TikTok
