Social Media Content Creator

Travail Collective is currently searching for a Part-Time Social Media Content Creator to join our passionate and creative team.

In this role, you will be responsible for capturing engaging content across our social media platforms for Travail Collective businesses: Travail Kitchen, Nouvelle Kitchen & Brewery, Dream Creamery, I.E by Travail, Graze Food Hall by Travail, and Stelline Italian Kitchen.

Your creative storytelling and video editing skills will play a crucial role in sharing our brand stories while driving traffic to each restaurant in the competitive MSP hospitality market.

Position & Responsibilities:

As a member of the Travail marketing team, you will collaborate with the marketing and operations leadership team to build social content strategies that align with our branding and marketing goals. This position will work closely with our chefs and operations teams to capture the guest experience at each of our restaurants, share brand stories and help promote specials, new menus and events. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:

• Ideate, film, and edit engaging short-form video content tailored for TikTok and Instagram, highlighting our restaurants, unique experiences, promotions, and events
• Analyze social media trends, adapting content strategies to leverage viral trends and maximize audience engagement
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas and creative content
• Create engaging copy for captions and build brand sentiment and tone of voice

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, with a portfolio showcasing your work - specifically video content for TikTok and Instagram
• Strong videography and video editing skills, with proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Strong visual and photography skills with editing capabilities
• Understanding of the hospitality industry, with a passion for food and beverage
• Creative and innovative thinker with the competence to translate trends into engaging content
• Excellent organizational skills, project management and deadline-driven
• Knowledge of social media metrics and analytics, with the ability to use data to inform content decisions
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with concepts constantly evolving
• Excellent collaborator with strong communication skills

• Participate in staff trainings and any pertinent meetings
• Create and maintain a positive and communicative relationship with coworkers and leaders
• Adhere to hygiene, uniform and professionalism standards
• Maintain an Open door policy with Travail Collective leadership and speak up if you need to say something
• Represent and maintain culture standards of Travail Collective inside and outside of the restaurants within our company
• Must be fluent in written and verbal English

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
