Four Lane Digital is building the next chapter of our content presence, and we're looking for dynamic creators who can help bring it to life.

We're seeking a Social Media Content Creator who is confident on camera, naturally engaging, curious about business and marketing, and excited about turning useful ideas into content people actually want to watch.

You'll create content on behalf of Four Lane Digital designed to educate and engage small businesses and organizations. From breaking down digital marketing concepts to helping business owners better understand the opportunities available to them online, your role will be to make valuable information feel approachable, relevant, and engaging.

We're not looking for someone to simply read from a script.

We're looking for personality, creativity, and perspective.

What You'll Create

You'll collaborate with Four Lane Digital on a series of short-form videos primarily created for our social media platforms.

We'll provide content direction, key themes, and topics. You'll bring those ideas to life through your own delivery, creativity, and on-camera presence.

Content may explore topics including:

• Digital marketing and online visibility
• Branding and building a stronger digital presence
• Websites and the customer journey
• Search and how customers discover businesses online
• Social media and digital engagement
• Marketing fundamentals for growing businesses
• Emerging ideas and opportunities in the digital landscape

The goal isn't to make marketing sound complicated. It's to help businesses understand why it matters and what it can make possible.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need to have thousands of followers or years of professional content creation experience.

You do need to be someone who can command attention, communicate clearly, and represent a professional brand with confidence.

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Feel comfortable and confident speaking on camera
• Have a vibrant, engaging, and personable communication style
• Bring creativity and your own perspective to an idea
• Have knowledge of or a strong interest in business, marketing, communications, entrepreneurship, or digital media
• Know how to make information interesting and easy to understand
• Enjoy experimenting with different ways to tell a story or communicate an idea
• Can work independently and consistently meet established deadlines
• Take pride in representing a brand professionally
• Are receptive to creative direction while still bringing your own personality to the work

Above all, we're looking for someone who can make an audience want to keep watching.

More Than a One-Time Project

Four Lane Digital is intentionally building a bench of creative talent who can contribute to the brand in different ways as we grow.

This is an independent contract opportunity and may consist of defined content periods rather than continuous month-to-month work. For each engagement, creators will receive clear expectations around content topics, deliverables, deadlines, and compensation before work begins.

Creators who are a strong fit may also be considered for additional content, campaign, production, or client opportunities as they become available.
