Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Dubai. The Social Media Content Creator will plan, produce, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, aligned with Klekktic’s brand voice and visual identity. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating photo and video content, writing captions and short-form copy, scheduling posts, and managing content calendars. The role involves monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and collaborating with marketing, design, and product teams to support campaigns and launches. The Social Media Content Creator will also track performance metrics, suggest optimization ideas, and stay current with social media trends and best practices relevant to Klekktic’s audience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in social media content creation, including short-form video, photography, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in copywriting for social platforms, with the ability to craft concise, on-brand captions and headlines.
• Experience with social media management tools and content scheduling, as well as basic analytics and performance tracking.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, design, and product teams and communicate clearly in English.
• Basic skills in graphic design and content editing (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools).
• Demonstrated understanding of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines on-site in Dubai.
• Prior experience in lifestyle, interiors, or design-focused brands is an advantage; a relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is beneficial.
