Social Media Content Creator

The Role

You'll own our social media content end-to-end — planning, creating, and publishing across

Instagram (feed, stories, reels), Pinterest, Facebook, Threads, and YouTube Shorts. We have an established brand voice, colour palette, and product catalog for you to work from. You'll make content that feels like it belongs in our world.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute weekly content across all five platforms

• Create product images — styled flat-lays, carousels, story graphics, pins

• Write captions that sound like us: warm, sensory, gift-friendly ("The prettiest way to start

your morning" — never "Shop now! Limited stock!")

• Produce short-form video — reels, shorts, product reveals, styling ideas

• Adapt content per platform (Pinterest needs search-friendly descriptions, Instagram needs

storytelling, Threads needs conversation)

• Track engagement and adjust based on what actually resonates — saves and shares matter more than likes

• Stay current on platform trends, especially Instagram Reels and Pinterest search

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years creating social content for a lifestyle, fashion, home decor, or gifting brand

• A natural eye for soft, feminine aesthetics — you see our store and think "this is my vibe"

• Strong short-form copywriting — captions that feel personal, not templated

• Comfortable with Canva, Figma, or similar tools; basic photo and video editing

• Can self-manage a content calendar and meet deadlines independently

• Familiarity with at least one scheduling tool (Later, Buffer, Planoly, etc.)

• Bonus: experience with product photography or styling flat-lays

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹5,001.00 per month
