Social Media Content Creator (Reels / TikTok) – 6-Month Contract

Location: BGC, Taguig (on-site shoots at the store and events)
Job type: Contract, 6 months, renewable based on performance
Schedule: 5 days a week, hybrid, onsite as needed for shooting content, WFH ok for editing, calls, etc. Output based and all outputs need to be delivered on time.

bubu is a premium dairy-free ice cream bar brand with its flagship store in BGC. We're growing fast and want our social media to match the experience of walking into the store.

The role

You will own our short-form video content from start to finish: coming up with the idea, shooting it, editing it, and getting it posted. You report directly to the owner. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives on TikTok and Reels, spots a trend early, and knows how to turn it into something that fits a brand.

What you'll do

• Create and post 1–3 short-form videos a day across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Come up with concepts and hooks, and present your lineup of ideas to the owner for approval
• Shoot content at the store and at events
• Edit videos to a ready-to-post standard (cuts, captions, sound, text overlays)
• Share final videos for sign-off, then schedule and queue them for posting
• Write captions and choose hashtags and audio
• Keep on top of trends, sounds, and formats, and adapt them quickly for bubu
• Track views and engagement, and use what's working to shape the next batch of content

What we're looking for

• A proven track record of short-form videos that earned real views and engagement (personal or brand accounts both count)
• Strong sense for hooks and for what makes people stop scrolling
• Confident shooting and editing on your own, using CapCut or similar
• Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook, and how content performs differently on each
• Good caption writing in English and Tagalog/Taglish
• Organized and consistent enough to hit a daily posting schedule
• Comfortable on-site, working around store operations and customers
• Minimum phone requirements IPhone 17 pro

Nice to have

• Experience with food, beverage, or lifestyle brands
• Comfortable appearing on camera or directing staff and customers on camera
• Has Sony mirrorless camera and is comfortable using this from time to time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Taguig
