Social Media Content Creator

KOIL Hardware Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to strengthen our digital presence and showcase our products through engaging content. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, visual storytelling, and content creation, with the ability to present hardware products in an attractive and compelling way.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms.
• Plan, shoot, and edit product photos, reels, short videos, and promotional content.
• Develop creative ideas to showcase hardware products, features, applications, and product benefits.
• Create monthly social media content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Write engaging captions, product descriptions, headlines, and relevant hashtags.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to understand product specifications and promotional requirements.
• Visit the showroom, warehouse, or product display areas for content shoots, when required.
• Stay updated on social media trends, trending audio, formats, and competitor activities.
• Monitor content performance, engagement, reach, and follower growth.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and content quality across all platforms.
• Support product launches, festive campaigns, brand promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Basic to advanced skills in video shooting, editing, and photography.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Ability to write clear and engaging captions in English and/or Hindi or Gujarati.
• Understanding of social media analytics, audience engagement, and content performance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio of previous social media content, reels, or creative projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
