Help us create funny, imaginative videos starring plush characters.

A large, established toy company is creating a new series of entertaining, family-friendly videos featuring plush characters, creative challenges, miniature sets, practical effects, and silly adventures!

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on person who enjoys making videos and wants to help turn simple ideas into entertaining stories!

You don’t need years of professional experience. We’re interested in people who have made their own YouTube videos, edited gaming content, filmed comedy skits, created stop-motion animations, built props, or experimented with video as a hobby.

What you’ll do

• Brainstorm funny video concepts and character scenarios.
• Help film plush-character adventures and physical challenges.
• Build simple sets, props, and practical effects.
• Assist with basic video editing, sound effects, and pacing.
• Collaborate with a small creative team to improve each episode.
• Help repurpose longer videos into short-form clips.

What we’re looking for

• Basic experience filming or editing videos.
• A strong interest in online entertainment and family-friendly comedy.
• Creativity, resourcefulness, and a willingness to experiment.
• Reliability and an ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfort receiving feedback and working collaboratively.
• A portfolio or examples of projects you’ve made. Personal projects are welcome.

Professional camera equipment and formal production credits are not required.

Our production style

The series features plush characters in a real-world environment. Human faces will not appear in the finished content. Hands, props, voiceovers, puppetry, and practical effects may be used.

Location

The company is located in Las Vegas, Nevada - near the Summerlin area. All candidates must be local to Nevada, or open to relocation. Generous relocation packages are offered for all candidates who are onboarded.

Paid Creative Test

Candidates who pass the initial application review will be invited to complete a short, paid creative test designed to evaluate their creativity, storytelling, humor, and ability to make entertaining videos for a younger audience.

The assignment will involve creating an original 60–90 second video featuring two plush characters and a few simple household props. We’re interested in your ability to develop a fun premise, build an entertaining sequence of events, and deliver a satisfying ending—not in having expensive equipment or a professional studio.

• Expected time commitment of paid test: Approximately 2–4 hours
• What we value most: Creative instincts, humor, storytelling, resourcefulness, and reliability.

The test is paid regardless of whether you advance to the next stage. Candidates who pass the initial round will receive the complete assignment brief and submission instructions before beginning.
