• Familiarity with TikTok and short video format on other Social Media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.
• Video recording skills (mostly with mobile phone)
• Knowledge of video editing in tools such as CapCut, Captions AI, and similar
• Creativity (following and implementing Social Media trends, developing viral video ideas, etc.)
• Proactiveness
• Copywriting and video content scriptwriting skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Docs., Sheets, Slides, etc.
• Communication skills such as e-mail and other correspondence with colleagues and clients
