About Us

Maudie’s Digital Marketing is a growing marketing agency in Hayden, Idaho, specializing in video production, social media marketing, and digital advertising.

We're looking for an experienced, creative, and motivated Content Creator to join our team. This position involves traveling to client locations, filming engaging content, and editing videos and podcasts.

We want someone who takes initiative, works efficiently, and is excited about the opportunity to grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations throughout North Idaho and surrounding areas for content shoots.
• Film engaging videos, promotional content, testimonials, and B-roll.
• Edit short-form videos using CapCut for social media and advertising.
• Edit full podcast episodes and create promotional clips using Descript.
• Develop creative content ideas, scripts, and attention-grabbing hooks.
• Work directly with clients during filming sessions.
• Manage multiple projects and meet production deadlines.
• Maintain organized footage and properly care for company equipment.
• Follow creative direction and complete revisions as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in videography and video editing is required.
• Proficiency in CapCut and familiarity with Descript preferred.
• Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and audio.
• Strong understanding of social media content and trends.
• Creative, organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle are required.
• Must be willing and able to drive regularly to client content shoots.

All filming and editing equipment will be provided by Maudie’s Digital Marketing.

Compensation & Growth

Starting pay is $17–$20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

We believe in rewarding employees based on their performance, productivity, and the value they bring to our company. For someone who is motivated and willing to work for what they're worth, there is no predetermined limit on earning potential. Opportunities for increased compensation are performance-based and not guaranteed.

All employees begin with a 90-day probationary period, during which performance, reliability, quality of work, and productivity will be evaluated.
