Position Overview: You will play a key role in shaping our online presence. You will be responsible for creating engaging content that resonates with our audience and drives brand engagement across multiple platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and produce 10 short skits weekly for social media that align with our brand’s voice and engage our audience.
• Maintain and manage our posting schedule across all platforms, ensuring consistency and timely delivery of content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with brand goals and campaigns.
• Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
• Stay updated on industry trends and audience preferences to continuously innovate content offerings.

Qualifications:

• Education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital content creation, management, and script writing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for beauty, hair care, and storytelling.
