What they need

Hannah’s Gift ABA | Remote | Project-Based Opportunity

About the Role

Hannah’s Gift ABA is looking for Social Media Content Creators and UGC Creators to help us create authentic, engaging, and relatable video content for our social media platforms.

Our goal is to build meaningful connections with the families we serve and the broader community by sharing helpful, educational, and approachable content about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

We want our videos to feel natural, warm, and human — not like traditional advertisements. We’re looking for people who can communicate comfortably on camera and bring scripts and talking points to life in a way that feels genuine and relatable.

Experience in the ABA field, such as working as an RBT, BT, or BCBA, is a plus, but we also welcome creators with strong communication skills and an interest in educational content.

What You’ll Do

  • Film short-form videos for Hannah’s Gift ABA’s social media platforms.
  • Bring provided scripts, talking points, and content ideas to life naturally and engagingly.
  • Follow filming instructions and content guidelines.
  • Communicate educational information in a clear, warm, and relatable way.
  • Make minor creative adjustments to scripts when appropriate to improve natural delivery.
  • Incorporate feedback and make revisions when requested.
  • Deliver completed video recordings according to assignment requirements.

No video editing is required. Our team provides the creative direction, topics, scripts, and filming instructions. Your main responsibility is to record and deliver the content.

What We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable and confident speaking on camera.
  • Clear, natural communication skills.
  • A warm, friendly, and relatable presentation style.
  • Ability to make scripted content sound conversational rather than rehearsed.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
  • Openness to feedback and revisions.
  • Reliability and the ability to meet agreed-upon deadlines.
  • A creative mindset and willingness to bring personality to the content.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in ABA, behavioral health, education, or a related field.
  • Experience as an RBT, BT, BCBA, or other professional who works with children and families.
  • Previous experience with UGC, social media content creation, or on-camera video production.
  • Basic filming or video editing skills.

Compensation & Collaboration

This is a flexible, project-based opportunity with the potential to develop into a long-term collaboration.

Stage 1 — Initial Paid Project

  • Film two simple videos.
  • Approximately 1–2 hours of total filming time.
  • No editing required.
  • Payment: $35 for both videos.

Stage 2 — Ongoing Projects

  • Complete additional video assignments of varying complexity.
  • Receive scripts, topics, and filming instructions for each project.
  • Typical payment: $35–$50 per milestone, depending on the scope and complexity of the assignment.

Stage 3 — Long-Term Collaboration
Creators who demonstrate consistent quality and a strong fit may be invited to transition to a more regular content schedule with an agreed-upon fixed payment structure.

Assignments and payments are managed through Deel.

Please note that the paid collaboration begins with Stage 1, following selection.

How the Selection Process Works

  • Complete the application form: Share a few details about yourself and your experience.
  • Submit a short video test: Demonstrate your communication style, camera presence, and ability to follow instructions.
  • Interview: Candidates whose submissions meet our needs may be invited for an interview.
  • Start your first paid project: Selected candidates move forward to the initial two-video milestone.
  • Grow with us: Creators who are a good fit may receive additional projects and opportunities for long-term collaboration.

We’re not looking for perfection in the video test. We want to see your personality, natural communication style, and ability to connect with an audience.
