📍 Location: Hybrid, with opportunities for on-ground travel assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ideate creative and engaging content for Instagram and other social platforms
• Research trending topics, formats, memes, sounds and conversations
• Develop concepts for Instagram Reels, carousels, Stories and other social formats
• Write compelling hooks, captions and on-screen copy
• Convert editorial stories, celebrity interviews and features into social-first content
• Track social media trends and identify opportunities for Hustle Magazine
• Assist with content around celebrity shoots, interviews, events and brand campaigns
• Monitor content performance and understand what drives views, engagement and shares
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute new content ideas

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Strong sense of trends, pop culture and internet culture
• Creative thinker who can come up with fresh content ideas
• Ability to write sharp, engaging and concise copy
• Someone who understands what makes content clickable, watchable and shareable
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced media environment
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar tools is a plus
• Previous experience managing a social media page or creating content is a plus
