Part-Time | 10 Hours/Week | UK Client | Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Content Manager VA to support a growing UK-based children's book brand.

You’ll turn provided footage and ideas into engaging content, manage content preparation, and help grow the brand across social media and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

Video & Content

• Edit TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook videos.
• Edit 3–5 minute book guide videos.
• Add captions, text, music, transitions, and other edits.
• Repurpose content into Shorts and gift-focused videos.
• Suggest hooks, content ideas, and editing improvements.

Social Media

• Prepare captions and weekly content schedules.
• Organize and schedule approved posts.
• Monitor performance and suggest improvements.

YouTube

• Help set up and manage the channel.
• Upload videos and Shorts.
• Prepare thumbnails, titles, and descriptions.
• Repurpose existing content.TikTok Shop
• Provide support as needed.

Working Arrangement

• 10 hours per week
• Flexible schedule with occasional UK/Europe-London overlap
• Weekly tasks agreed in advance
• All content requires client approval before publishing
• Weekly update on completed work and hours used

Who We’re Looking For

Someone who is creative, proactive, organized, and independent.

You should be able to:

• Create polished, engaging short-form videos.
• Understand strong hooks and social media trends.
• Suggest ideas and improvements.
• Follow brand guidelines and feedback.
• Create content for UK parents and families.

Preferred ExperienceExperience with:

• Children's brands or books
• Parenting/family content
• UK audiences
• Small product or e-commerce businesses
• YouTube and TikTok Shop

Pay: From Php3,000.00 per week
