Summary

The Social Media Coordinator will help grow and maintain NuBella Med Spa’s local presence through social media, email marketing, community engagement, and other marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for maintaining consistent branding, creating engaging content, and supporting a positive online reputation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent NuBella brand voice and aesthetic
• Create, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
• Capture and edit photo and video content for social media
• Manage comments, messages, inquiries, and online reviews
• Maintain the social media and marketing content calendar
• Create and send email marketing campaigns
• Support promotions, events, and local marketing initiatives
• Track social media and campaign performance
• Maintain the website and digital image library
• Participate in monthly marketing meetings and assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ year of social media or marketing experience preferred
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and short-form video
• Strong written communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Proficient with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Microsoft Office, and similar platforms
• Creative eye for content, branding, and visual presentation

Schedule

Part-time, in-person role:

• Monday
• Tuesday
• Every other Saturday
