About the Role

IFBS Technology is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Coordinator to manage and develop the company's professional presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant digital platforms.

The role involves content planning, writing, publishing, community engagement, basic creative design, and maintaining a professional and consistent company image online.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's LinkedIn and Facebook pages.
• Plan, prepare, schedule, and publish regular social media content.
• Write professional and engaging captions, posts, comments, and company updates.
• Create content covering company projects, achievements, services, events, employee activities, announcements, and milestones.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and engagement across company pages.
• Respond professionally to comments and messages according to company guidelines.
• Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Coordinate with management and different departments to collect information for content.
• Create attractive social media graphics and simple marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.
• Take or coordinate photos and videos for company activities when required.
• Assist in creating short-form video and visual content.
• Maintain consistent company branding, tone, and visual identity.
• Research industry trends and relevant content opportunities.
• Suggest new content ideas and campaigns to improve engagement and company visibility.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare simple monthly reports covering reach, engagement, followers, and content performance.
• Ensure sensitive or important company information receives appropriate approval before publication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent writing, grammar, and communication skills.
• Experience managing LinkedIn, Facebook, or other business social media accounts.
• Ability to write professional and engaging social media content.
• Good knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
• Basic photo and video editing skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of hashtags, engagement, content scheduling, and social media best practices.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred

• Previous experience managing corporate or B2B social media accounts.
• Experience with LinkedIn company-page management.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite.
• Basic video editing experience.
• Knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar platforms.
• Previous UAE experience is an advantage.
• A portfolio or examples of previous social media work are preferred.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is creative but professional. This is not simply a position for posting pictures. The candidate should understand how to present a company professionally, write strong business content, engage appropriately with audiences, and build a consistent digital presence for IFBS GROUP.

Note: Philippina lady is preferred

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
