Position: Social Media Coordinator
Company Industry: Gaming / Casino Entertainment
Work Location: Bgc, Taguig
Work Schedule: (Monday - Friday)
Salary: Php 30,000-35,000 gross
Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
• At least 1 year of experience in Social Media Management, Customer Support, or a related role
• Proficient in using photo editing software and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledgeable in Facebook, Viber, Telegram, and WhatsApp platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience in social media support or online customer service is an advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and maintain social media accounts and online communities across multiple platforms
• Create, publish, and monitor content to ensure active audience engagement
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner
• Track social media interactions, follower growth, and engagement metrics
• Generate reports related to social media performance and customer concerns
• Gather customer feedback and escalate critical issues when necessary
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide appropriate resolutions to customer concerns
• Ensure all social media channels are updated, organized, and professionally managed
