Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create engaging, high-quality content such as graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and marketing goals.
• Monitor social media channels using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and optimize content delivery.
• Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform content strategy.
• Analyze social media analytics using Google Analytics and other marketing performance tools to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community members to enhance brand visibility through public relations efforts.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure innovative approaches in content creation and engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics, and digital marketing performance monitoring.
• Strong writing skills with an eye for proofreading and editing engaging content tailored for diverse audiences.
• Experience with media editing tools including video editing software for creating compelling multimedia content.
• Ability to analyze data from social media analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
• Excellent relationship management skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners effectively.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 45.0 per week
