The role

We're hiring an experienced Social Media Coordinator to own the social media for a roster of construction clients. You'll plan the content, create it, schedule it, report on it, and be the person clients talk to every week. You'll work alongside our Social Media Videographers & Editors to plan and coordinate shoots, and you'll go on site in Winnipeg when a shoot needs you.

This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for someone who has already managed multiple accounts, can run a client relationship without hand-holding, and will make our team better from the first month.

What you'll do

• Own a roster of client accounts, building up to about 7 to 9 clients at full load
• Plan monthly content for each client and turn plans into shoot lists for our videographers
• Create static posts and carousels using Canva that really showcase who the client is
• Schedule and publish across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Be the day-to-day contact for your clients: monthly outreach, booking site visits, answering questions
• Prepare site visit plans and occasionally assist on shoots
• Pull analytics, report on performance, and use the numbers to improve the next month
• Keep your calendars, trackers and tasks up to date so nothing slips

What you need

• 3+ years managing social media for businesses or clients (agency experience is a strong plus)
• A portfolio of real accounts you've run, with examples of content you created and results you can talk about
• Strong design skills in Canva
• Comfortable talking directly with business owners and managing their expectations
• Highly organized; you've juggled multiple accounts and deadlines before
• Live in or near Winnipeg, with a valid driver's licence and reliable transportation for occasional site visits

Nice to have:

experience in construction, trades or industrial marketing; LinkedIn content for B2B brands; basic short-form video editing; experience using AI tools well in your workflow.

• $50,000 to $70,000 a year, based on experience, plus paid overtime
