Social Media Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to elevate our platforms.We are looking for a creative and motivated person who enjoys posting and understands how social media platforms work. This role supports our new company Warm Peer Support by bringing fresh eyes, new ideas, and consistent content to our online spaces. The person in this position will help create and post updates, design simple graphics, share community information, and assist with building our YouTube presence, including signing in and uploading content each month. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves social media, enjoys staying active online, and wants to help a growing organization expand its reach. Monthly compensation for this role is 50.00

Duties

• Create compelling social media content tailored for various platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines.
• Post schedule posts, monitor interactions, and maintain consistent messaging.
• Implement social listening strategies to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback for insights that inform content creation and engagement tactics.
• Analyze social media analytics and marketing performance data using Google Analytics and platform-specific tools to measure campaign success and identify growth opportunities
• Biweekly meeting with the Director

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing performance monitoring.
• Proficiency in graphic design and media editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,
• Strong understanding of social media platforms’ algorithms, analytics tools, and advertising options.
• Excellent writing skills with a keen eye for proofreading and content editing to ensure clarity and brand consistency.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics to inform strategy adjustments.
