Social Media Director

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Director with 5–6 years of experience managing DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) and e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of managing top brands, developing effective social media strategies, leading teams, and driving organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for DTC and e-commerce brands.
• Lead the social media team and oversee content planning, creation, and publishing.
• Manage multiple brands while maintaining consistent brand identity and messaging.
• Drive organic growth, audience engagement, and brand awareness through effective content strategies.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies based on results.
• Collaborate with creative strategists, video editors, and content creators.
• Oversee content calendars and ensure timely execution across social media platforms.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats.
• Set team goals, track performance, and ensure accountability.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in social media management, specifically with DTC and e-commerce brands.
• Proven experience managing top brands and established consumer brands.
• Strong expertise in social media strategy, organic growth, and content planning.
• Experience leading social media teams and managing multiple brand accounts.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 10, Karachi
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Timings: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Saturday)

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi Gulshan-E-Iqbal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
