Social Media Editor

Key Responsibilities:

 * Manage and oversee official social media channels, including website, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, and WhatsApp Business.

 * Handle customer communications: Promptly respond to daily inquiries, messages, and follow-ups via WhatsApp and other social platforms with professional customer engagement.

 * Plan, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging content across all platforms.

 * Foster community engagement by interacting with followers, monitoring comments, and enhancing overall audience connection.

 * Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, and audience behaviors to optimize content performance.

 * Create multimedia materials, covering the full production cycle: shooting, scripting, editing, subtitling, and post-production.

 * Provide ad-hoc support / standby coverage when required for urgent social media updates, real-time message handling, or event monitoring.

Work Arrangement & Schedule:

 * Hybrid / Flexible Working Mode: Work-from-Home (WFH) option available.

 * In-Office Requirement: Maximum of up to 3 days per week in office (remaining days can be remote).

 * Standby Support: Expected to remain reachable / on standby for urgent communications or designated campaign periods.

 * Alternative Saturday work schedule (if applicable / as scheduled).

Requirements:

 * Proven experience in managing corporate/brand social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu) and handling WhatsApp customer inquiries.

 * Strong written communication and customer handling skills with a polite, professional, and responsive tone.

 * Solid understanding of social media trends, content distribution, and audience engagement strategies.

 * Hands-on multimedia production skills: scripting, storyboarding, basic filming (smartphone/camera), and video editing (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools).

 * Self-motivated, highly independent, and disciplined with strong time management skills to work efficiently in a remote/hybrid environment.

 * Responsible and capable of handling tight turnarounds and responsive standby tasks.
