• Coordinate closely with the creative team for post and reel execution.
• Review creative outputs and provide feedback for improvements.
• Maintain and manage the content calendar for multiple accounts.
• Schedule posts consistently and monitor audience engagement.
• Manage paid Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with influencers and partners for campaign promotions and brand growth.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally through social media channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content writing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while working effectively with a creative team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with good problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with customer service and relationship management.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
