Social Media Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn presence.
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Write compelling captions, social media copy, and post descriptions.
• Coordinate with designers and internal teams for content creation.
• Promote company services, case studies, blogs, events, and achievements.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Engage with followers, prospects, and industry professionals.
• Monitor social media trends and identify new growth opportunities.
• Track key performance metrics and assist in preparing monthly reports.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support lead-generation activities.

Skills Required

• Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
• Knowledge of social media content creation and management.
• Understanding of professional platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of content planning and monthly content calendars.
• Understanding of social media engagement strategies and best practices.
• Ability to write engaging captions, posts, and promotional content.
• Good coordination skills for working with designers and cross-functional teams.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
• Ability to prepare basic social media performance reports.
• Understanding of employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Awareness of current social media trends and growth strategies.
• Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Canva is an added advantage.
