Job Description

We are looking for a creative, responsible and self-motivated Social Media Executive to manage and support day-to-day social media activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating engaging reels and short-form videos, managing social media content and supporting online audience engagement.

The candidate should be comfortable working independently from home and should have a good understanding of current social media trends, content formats and platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form videos.
• Edit videos using Filmora and create/edit social media creatives using Adobe Photoshop.
• Post, schedule and share content across social media platforms.
• Manage regular day-to-day social media activities and ensure timely execution.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, reels and content formats.
• Support audience engagement and improve online brand visibility.
• Maintain consistency in the quality and presentation of social media content.
• Work independently and responsibly in a Work From Home environment.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of relevant experience in social media management or content creation.
• Good working knowledge of Filmora and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Good understanding of current social media and short-form video trends.
• Good command of written English and fluent, confident English communication.
• Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
• Responsible, organised and capable of managing tasks independently.
• Ability to meet timelines while working remotely.

Preferred Candidate

A creative and proactive candidate who understands social media content, enjoys video editing and can independently handle regular posting, content management and audience engagement.
