About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage social media activities across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content planning, audience engagement, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and set up business pages on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Plan and execute monthly/weekly social media content calendars
• Schedule and publish posts, reels, videos, and other content
• Manage community engagement and respond to comments and messages
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviour
• Track and report reach, engagement, followers, and growth metrics
• Support campaign creatives and ensure timely posting
• Coordinate with designers, content writers, and other team members
• Manage social media accounts for multiple clients when required

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Good understanding of social media algorithms and platform best practices
• Strong content writing and caption-writing skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to plan and manage content calendars independently
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines
• Agency or multi-client experience is preferred
