Job Overview

ATMS College is looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Executive who understands current social media trends and can create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

The candidate should have practical knowledge of Reels shooting and creation, social media trends, keywords, hashtags, content creation, and basic digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the college's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Research and identify trending Reels, sounds, topics, formats, and social media trends.
• Plan, shoot, and create engaging Reels, short videos, stories, and social media posts.
• Coordinate and participate in video/Reels shoots on the college campus.
• Create engaging captions using relevant keywords, hashtags, and trending topics.
• Prepare and maintain a weekly/monthly social media content calendar.
• Develop creative content ideas to promote college courses, events, campus activities, achievements, admissions, and student activities.
• Monitor social media engagement, reach, views, followers, and overall performance.
• Stay updated with the latest Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and social media algorithm trends.
• Perform basic keyword and hashtag research to improve content visibility and reach.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing, design, and video editing teams.
• Analyze competitors and identify new content opportunities.
• Support basic digital marketing activities including SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing.
• Good knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
• Ability to shoot and create Reels/videos using a smartphone or camera.
• Good understanding of trending content, keywords, hashtags, captions, and content optimization.
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and SEO.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate new content ideas.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar tools will be an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site and coordinate with students, faculty, and the marketing team.

Experience

0–2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Freshers with good practical knowledge of social media trends and Reels creation are also welcome to apply.

Education

Graduate/Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or any relevant field.
