- Manage company social media accounts and daily content.
- Plan and schedule posts, reels, stories and campaigns.
- Create engaging captions and social media content.
- Monitor engagement, reach, followers and performance.
- Coordinate with the creative/video team for content.
- Respond to comments and messages professionally.
- Prepare basic social media performance reports.
- Stay updated with current social media trends.
