About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive with around 3 years of experience to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, audience engagement, and social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop and execute effective social media strategies and content calendars.
• Create engaging content ideas for posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
• Write creative captions, copy, hashtags, and social media content.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and viral content formats.
• Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and community interactions.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content teams for timely content delivery.
• Track and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements based on insights.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new content opportunities.
• Support social media campaigns and promotional activities.

Required Skills:

• 3 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management/Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Good understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
• Excellent content writing and communication skills.
• Creative thinking with an eye for engaging content.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.
• Ability to create and manage content calendars.
• Knowledge of Canva or basic design tools will be an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
