Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow social media presence for our company and clients. The ideal candidate should understand content strategy, audience engagement, social media trends, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
• Create engaging captions, posts, reels, and campaign ideas
• Schedule and publish content according to content calendar
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
• Track trends, hashtags, and competitor activities
• Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives
• Run and monitor paid social media campaigns (preferred)
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports
• Improve brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
• Good content writing and caption-writing skills
• Knowledge of trending content formats (reels, carousels, short videos)
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
• Creativity and trend awareness
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Agency experience is a plus
• Portfolio / examples of handled social media accounts preferred
