About the Role

Rush My Ads is looking for a creative, confident, and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Social Media Management & Optimization (SMO), be comfortable creating engaging content, and have the confidence to appear on camera for reels, videos, and other social media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Develop ideas for Reels, short-form videos, carousels, stories, posts, and other social content.
• Be comfortable facing the camera and appearing in reels, promotional videos, and brand content.
• Assist with content shoots, video concepts, scripts, and creative execution.
• Create basic social media creatives using tools such as Canva or similar design platforms.
• Perform basic video editing for reels and short-form content.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement and respond appropriately.
• Track social media performance, reach, engagement, followers, and other key metrics.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotional activities.
• Research competitors, trending topics, hashtags, formats, and content ideas.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, viral formats, and content trends.
• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to maintain consistent brand communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, SMO, or Digital Marketing.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
• Comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
• Basic knowledge of graphic designing using Canva or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and short-form content creation.
• Ability to identify and leverage current social media trends.
• Good understanding of engagement, reach, hashtags, and social media analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates with experience in a Tech Company or Digital Marketing Agency will be preferred.
• Candidates who have experience creating Reels/short-form videos and appearing on camera will have an advantage.
• A creative portfolio or examples of previous social media work will be a plus.
