Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, build our online community, and strengthen brand awareness across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.

Manage company social media profiles across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.

Create and maintain a social media content calendar covering posts, campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

Write engaging captions, posts, social media copy, and promotional content aligned with the brand voice.

Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop engaging graphics, videos, reels, and other social media assets.

Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and community interactions and respond appropriately.

Track social media performance, engagement, follower growth, and campaign results and prepare regular reports.

Research social media trends, competitor activities, trending topics, hashtags, and new content opportunities.

Stay updated with the latest social media features, algorithms, content formats, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management or a related role.

Strong understanding of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Strong content writing and copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail.

Experience creating and managing social media calendars and content campaigns.

Basic understanding of social media advertising and campaign performance metrics.

Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends and content formats.

Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar content creation tools will be an advantage.

Strong communication, creativity, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
