Social Media Executive

Location - Mumbai Central

Experience required - 1-3 years only

Office time - 10am - 7pm

Weekoff - Alternate Saturdays off, Sunday fixed off.

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Manage and maintain the companys social media accounts across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platform

-Create and execute short-form video content, including Reels, TikTok videos, stories and other engaging formats.

-Identify and quickly leverage trending sounds, hashtags, challenges, formats and social media trends.

-Create fragrance storytelling content that communicates the personality, notes, mood and occasion of each perfume.

-Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, influencers and content creators for social media shoots.

-Develop content ideas that increase brand awareness, engagement, followers and product interest.

-Work closely with the Marketing and Brand team during new product launches and promotional campaigns.

-Identify and collaborate with suitable beauty, fashion, lifestyle and fragrance influencers/content creators.

-Track and analyse social media performance including reach, engagement, views, followers, shares and saves.

-Ensure all social media content reflects the company's premium brand image and visual identity.

Functional Competencies:

-Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels and short-form video content.

-Good understanding of brand positioning and aesthetics.

-Ability to work with influencers and content creators.

-Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.

-Strong execution skills with the ability to meet tight content deadlines.
