Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the hotel's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including photos, videos, promotions, and guest experiences.
• Work closely with F&B, Sales, Revenue, and Rooms divisions to promote hotel offerings.
• Cover hotel events, festive promotions, food tastings, staycation packages, and corporate events.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
• Respond to online enquiries, reviews, comments, and messages in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with influencers, media partners, and content creators.
• Ensure brand standards and corporate guidelines are maintained across all digital channels.
• Support marketing campaigns, email marketing, and website content updates.
• Keep up with social media trends and recommend new ideas to increase engagement and bookings.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management, which may be reasonably required in support of the hotel's operations and business objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of social media, marketing, or hospitality experience.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Basic photography, videography, and editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours for events and content shoots when required.
