About the Role

TechBlare is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow the company's social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and audience engagement, along with a willingness to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts, stories, and updates.
• Assist in planning monthly social media content calendars.
• Write creative captions, hashtags, and engaging post descriptions.
• Coordinate with the graphic design and content teams to create social media creatives.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Research social media trends, competitors, and relevant industry topics.
• Track basic social media performance metrics and prepare reports.
• Suggest new ideas to improve brand awareness, engagement, and online visibility.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their features.
• Good written communication skills.
• Creativity and an interest in content creation.
• Basic understanding of hashtags, captions, and social media trends.
• Familiarity with Canva or other basic design tools is a plus.
• Willingness to learn social media marketing tools and techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

• Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.
• Candidates with a degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field are preferred.
